A: There are no refunds on purchases of DVD's and video games. Exchanges are accepted only if the item was delivered in damaged condition, or if the wrong item was shipped. We must be notified of an attempted exchange within 1 business day of delivery. The item must be delivered back to our store (at our expense) within 5 business days of delivery to customer. Exchanges will be for the same item, or one of the same or lesser value.
A: All orders originating in California must pay California Sales Tax of 8.25% on total purchase prices (excluding shipping charges).
A: All items ship are packaged and shipped out the next business day after the transaction is completed. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Shipping. Orders usually arrive within 2-3 postal delivery days (including Saturdays).
A: Up to 5 items can be shipped together for one low price of $4.80. IE, 1-5 items: $4.80, 6-10 items: $9.60, 11-15 items, $14.40, etc... Items must be purchased together on the same order for combined shipping.

We seek to protect your private information so that you have a pleasurable viewing experience on our Web site. To remove yourself from one of our mailing lists, click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter. We share your personally identifiable information with trusted third parties, only as necessary to provide products or services requested by you. We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for use by them to send you unsolicited commercial offers. We do not collect or retain personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
